QUADEX^® INSTRUMENT PRE-CLEANER & SANITISER containing Quadex^® (V6) is an INTERMEDIATE LEVEL SURFACTANT for deep cleaning, conditioning, and sanitising surgical instruments prior to sterilisation with QUADEX^® INSTRUMENT STERILANT. It is perfect for ultrasonic or manual cleaning of medical or dental instruments. It quickly breaks down and removes the most stubborn organic encrustation and bio-burden including blood, fat, carbohydrates, starches, and protein. Cleans and conditions the surface of your instruments, removes stains and prevents staining, pitting and corrosion of surgical instruments. Used in any healthcare environment where heat sensitive instruments must be sterilised.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

All instruments should be cleaned off as soon as possible using warm running water and a brush to remove excess soils and organic matter. Dilute 1 part QUADEX^® Instrument Pre-Cleaner & Sanitiser to 19 parts distilled water (1:20). Soak equipment for a minimum of 15 minutes to obtain best cleaning and sanitising results. Use a brush where necessary. Rinse with distilled water and dry the instruments prior to sterilising in QUADEX^® Instrument Sterilant to prevent brown staining. Always mix quantities of QUADEX^® Instrument Pre-Cleaner & Sanitiser for your immediate use.
