DEEP CLEANING OF SURGICAL INSTRUMENTS

YOU CAN CLEAN WITHOUT DISINFECTING, BUT YOU CANNOT DISINFECT WITHOUT CLEANING.

INSTRUMENT PRE-CLEANER containing Quadex® (V6) is an INTERMEDIATE LEVEL SURFACTANT for deep cleaning, conditioning and disinfecting surgical instruments prior to sterilisation with COLD STERILANT. It is perfect for ultrasonic or manual cleaning of medical or dental instruments. It quickly breaks down and removes the most stubborn organic encrustation and bio-burden including blood, fat, carbohydrates, starches, and protein. Cleans and conditions the surface of your instruments, removes stains and prevents staining, pitting and corrosion of surgical instruments. Used in any healthcare environment where heat sensitive instruments must be sterilised.

Application

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

All instruments should be cleaned off as soon as possible using warm running water and a brush to remove excess soils and organic matter. Dilute 1 part QUADEX^® Surgical Instrument Pre-Cleaner to 19 parts distilled water (1:20). Soak equipment for a minimum of 15 minutes to obtain best cleaning and disinfecting results. Use a brush where necessary. Rinse with distilled water and dry the instruments prior to sterilising in QUADEX^® Cold Sterilant to prevent brown staining. Always mix just the right quantity of Surgical Instrument Pre-Cleaner for your immediate use.
